Bottle (cup): Scratch-resistant and dishwasher-safe tritan acrylic.
Base (motor): BPA-free plastic and silicone. The base is not dishwasher safe.
Not to be operated by children.
How to wash
Add a few drops of detergent into your HESTIA bottle.
Fill your bottle halfway with water and put the lid back on.
Start your HESTIA and shake it gently to help remove the residue. Allow it to run for a cycle.
Empty the soapy water, and most, if not all of the residue will be removed!
The base (motor) of your HESTIA blender is water-resistant, so it can be hand-washed under a stream of water. Fully submerging the base underwater is not recommended to prevent potential water damage.
Please exercise caution when cleaning the base.

Wish it was glass
OK so at first I seen the advertisement I got excited at its sleek design and thought it was glass. It wasn’t until I got it as a gift that I realized it was plastic. (Btw BPA free means very little as there are thousands of other chemicals just as bad that are not labeled in plastics that leech into anything in contact-trust me, I’ve done the research-also, some of the recipe is called to add boiling or hot water, which would make it even worse) so for the price points I think it should come with two bottles at least one back up taking it they are plastic but as an improvement I feel like these bottles should be glass then it would make more sense for $60. So just the bottle being plastic and only coming with one small bottle for the price. Other than that, I love the look, and the on the go size. I was considering purchasing a bunch as gifts, but after receiving one I will not based on these two things, but I hope they improve in the future and do not bring up the price
