In this recipe, we are recreating Reese Witherspoon's famous green smoothie, the one she swears is the key to her skin glow.

Using your HESTIA portable blender, you'll need:
- 2 romaine lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 3/4 cup coconut water
- 1/2 celery stalk
- 1/4 apple
- 1/4 pear
- 1/2 banana
- 1 lemon
- 2 ice cubes
- Almond butter (optional)
How to:
- Rinse ingredients under cold water.
- Squeeze the lemon into your bottle.
- Next, roughly chop the rest of the ingredients into one-inch cubes. Your HESTIA will do the hard work, but they still need to fit in.
- Add the coconut water and ice cubes.
- Blend for 2 cycles and strain if you don't care for the extra fiber.
