Using your HESTIA portable blender, you'll need:
Ingredients for 6 servings
- 4 fresh lemons
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup simple syrup (also serves as freezing stabilizer)
- 1/2 can of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
How to Make it:
1. Core the lemons and freeze the insides. Keep the outer part as your serving cup.
2. Make coconut milk ice cubes.
3. Blend together the frozen lemon cores, frozen raspberries, coconut milk ice cubes, simple syrup, and water until smooth.
4. Pour the mixture into the lemon cups.
5. Freeze for 2-3 hours until solidified. If not using a stabilizer, gently stir the mixture every 45 minutes to prevent it from becoming too hard.
