With your nifty personal blender, you'll be able to make this cocktail in less than 5 minutes. Not to mention, make this blackberry gin fizz for your guests, and they'll be impressed with your mixology abilities.

Yields 2 servings, and you'll need:

1 oz. blackberry syrup
-
4 oz. gin
-
2 oz. lemon juice
-
1 egg white
-
Bubbles of choice (Prosecco, Champagne, other)
Using your HESTIA #portableblender, this is how to make it:
1. Blend all your ingredients except your Champagne/Prosecco.
2. Pour mixture in equal parts onto your serving glasses
3. Top off with your bubble of preference (do so slowly as it will fizz up, hence the cocktail's name).
